Description
This MasterClass under the guidance of professional photographer Stephen Kelly will be dedicated to developing the participants reportage skills in the city streets, using the streets of Geneva as our focus. During the day of Saturday and Sunday morning, the group will move between different venues in Geneva, such as the Old Town, lake side, amongst others. The final half day of Sunday will be dedicated to working with the participants to sequence and edit their pictures taken during the workshop. Stephen will be personally assisting each through the editing process and share his experience.
The workshop will be preceded by an online preparation session (via zoom) to get to know each other and introduce the workshop programme. Also included, a follow-up zoom group tutorial for workshop participants in June/July (exact date to be confirmed with participants).
After this course, you will have gained confidence in photographing in the street, applied different techniques for selecting street scenes and composing a portfolio. You will have developed one portfolio of your own pictures.
Language: English (some help available if translation needed)
Requirements and Equipment: Experience in photography such as acquired during the SGP Cours de base. At ease with your camera and its manual mode. Lenses: 35mm et 50mm
Not included drinks, lunches and public transport for moving from one place to the other.
